Current Gallery: OurRockinWorld ( piece)
Our Rocky World… Here are whimsical rock faces. Most originals are on (acid free) paper done with Prismacolor® pencils. [Larger pieces have been done with an acrylic wash or watercolor (sometimes with watercolor pencil) over pen and ink, then finished with charcoal or sculpted with acrylics on wood.] Each piece is a wall of stones conversing or pondering, showing personality, thought and expression. A young man once put it in rather eloquent words, “Cool - Rocks with attitude!” The enthusiasm of youth has assisted in leading to success and winning of awards in this form of art. Each small piece may be clicked for a close-up, then click on the main piece to return. Some originals have already been sold. Pieces are also being done with the print industry in mind – fabric or paper – clothing or walls – the application & endeavors can be endless…… Well known as an artist of the Northwest.
